Airbus and Eutelsat Collaboration Reaches New Heights

The Airbus-built Eutelsat 36D telecommunications satellite was successfully launched aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on March 30. According to the company, a Falcon 9 rocket carrying the roughly 5,000-kilogram Eutelsat 36D lifted off at 5:52 p.m. Eastern from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center, and placed the satellite into a geostationary transfer orbit 34 minutes later. The successful launch marks a significant milestone for Airbus and Eutelsat, demonstrating their continued collaboration and commitment to advancing satellite technology.
